1. Scope
These Terms of Use (EULA) govern your access to and use of GymPT, including the mobile app, Wear OS/watch companion experience, AI-assisted training plans, body analysis, workout tracking, credits, subscriptions, and related digital services. By creating an account, using GymPT, starting a workout, purchasing a subscription, or using premium features, you agree to these Terms.
2. Operator
GymPT is operated by Parallax Software or the legal entity identified in the app, App Store listing, and public legal pages. Questions about these Terms may be sent through the in-app support channel or the contact details published on the legal pages.
3. Subscriptions and billing
GymPT may offer auto-renewable subscriptions, credits, trials, and premium features. Subscription prices, billing periods, included credits, and feature limits are shown before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple ID or app store account when you confirm the purchase. Auto-renewable subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings. Refunds and cancellation rights are handled according to mandatory law and the applicable app store rules.
4. Digital credits and feature access
Some features may consume credits or require an active subscription. Credit costs may be displayed before use. When an AI generation, body analysis, program renewal, or other digital processing starts after your confirmation, credits may be consumed because computing and third-party processing costs are incurred.
5. Fitness and AI limitations
GymPT provides fitness information and digital coaching support. It is not medical, physiotherapy, dietetic, emergency, or diagnostic advice. AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your situation. You are responsible for exercising safely, using correct form, selecting conservative loads, stopping with pain or alarming symptoms, and consulting a qualified professional when needed.
6. Acceptable use
You must not misuse GymPT, bypass payment or safety controls, reverse engineer the service, attack infrastructure, submit another person’s health or body data without permission, upload unlawful content, or use the service for unsafe, harmful, fraudulent, or illegal purposes.
7. Privacy and health data
GymPT processes personal data, health-related data, body analysis inputs, wearable or health-sync data, and AI outputs as described in the Privacy Policy and related consent notices. Some features require explicit consent for health and body-related data. You may withdraw consent, but doing so may limit related features.
8. Availability and changes
GymPT may change features, models, supported integrations, pricing, credit rules, or availability. Material changes will be reflected in the app or public legal pages where required. We may suspend or restrict access where misuse, fraud, legal risk, security risk, or payment abuse is detected.
9. Apple standard EULA
For iOS distribution, if no separate custom EULA is selected in App Store Connect, your use of GymPT is also subject to Apple’s standard End User License Agreement available at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/.
