I explicitly consent to GymPT processing my special category health and body-related data for the purposes described here and in the Privacy Policy. This may include body photos or videos, posture and body analysis results, visible body composition cues, physical limitations, pain or injury notes, exercise history, recovery indicators, wearable or health-sync metrics if I connect them, and AI outputs derived from these inputs.
Purposes
GymPT may process this data to generate body analysis summaries, answer my stated focus areas, personalize training plans, adapt exercise choices, apply safety limitations, show progress, prevent unsafe recommendations, provide support, maintain consent records, and improve reliability and abuse prevention.
AI and service providers
I understand that GymPT may send necessary parts of this data to AI/model, hosting, storage, analytics, crash reporting, support, and infrastructure providers. Some providers may be outside my country. Transfers will use the legal mechanisms described in the Privacy Policy.
Withdrawal
I can withdraw this explicit consent from account settings or support channels. Withdrawal may disable or limit body analysis, health-sync, AI personalization, and personalized program generation that require this data. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal or retention required for legal, accounting, security, consent, or dispute records.
Choice
I should not submit another person’s body or health data unless I have lawful authority and consent. If I do not want this processing, I should not use the related body analysis, health-sync, or personalized AI features.
